Bespoke Facial & Body Clinic is proud to offer Aglow Memberships that allow you to access a personalised skin treatment plan to achieve your skin and beauty goals, as payments are structured in a way that increases affordability for you.

 

The tiered Aglow Membership Program at Bespoke Facial & Body Clinic is designed for clients who are committed to maintaining glowing, healthy skin year-round. It offers exclusive benefits and personalised skin treatments to ensure long-term skin health and radiance.

The BRONZE Membership

  • The Bronze Membership is a 6-month skin maintenance plan designed to improve hydration, skin texture, and support your long-term skin health goals. Members receive 1 x 60-minute treatment per month, choosing from:
     

    • LED Facial (60 minutes)

    • Bespoke Facial (60 minutes)

    • Microdermabrasion Facial (60 minutes)

      The Bronze Membership is $42.84/week, conveniently billed via direct debit.

  • Receive 10% off all DMK, Mesoestetic, Larimedical, Sunescape and Guiya Mineral products during the duration of your membership.

    Enjoy 5% off all additional treatments and upgrades, so you can elevate your monthly session or add extra services at a special member rate.

  • Bronze Members are granted priority booking access during peak periods, giving you first dibs on your favourite dermal therapist and ideal appointment times.

  • Referral rewards – refer a friend who signs up to a Bespoke Membership and receive $50 in credit to use on treatments or retail

    VIP events & product launches – gain exclusive early access to clinic promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new treatment launches

    Birthday perks - receive a $25 birthday voucher to use during the month of your birthday

    Loyalty program - earn loyalty treat card points for every service booked and then redeem these points for complimentary treatments

  • COMMITMENT PERIOD – Minimum 6-month commitment with auto-renewal unless cancelled in writing.

    PAYMENT TERMS – Memberships are charged monthly via direct debit. Payments must be current to redeem benefits.

    UNUSED CREDIT – Monthly treatments must be used within the same month and cannot be rolled over.

    NON-TRANSFERABLE – Services, benefits, and discounts are exclusive to the member and cannot be shared or gifted.

    RETAIL & TREATMENT DISCOUNTS – Discounts apply to full-priced products and additional services only. Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

    PAUSE POLICY – Memberships may be paused for up to 2 months per year for travel or medical reasons with advance notice.

    CANCELLATION POLICY – Requires 30 days’ notice in writing. Early termination before the 6-month period incurs a cancellation fee. Membership fees are non-refundable.

    NO-SHOW / LATE CANCELLATION – Appointments must be cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiting that month’s treatment.

    UPGRADES & DOWNGRADES – Members can upgrade at any time. Downgrades require 30 days’ notice and take effect in the next billing cycle.

The SILVER Membership

  • The Silver Membership is designed for those committed to long-term skin transformation and results-driven rejuvenation. Members receive 1 x Advanced Treatment per month, choosing from:
     

    • DMK Enzyme Therapy Treatment (Level 1 or 2)

    • Larimedical Biomimetic Chemical Peel

    • Full-Face Micro-Needling

    • Full-Face IPL Skin Rejuvenation & LED add-on


    The Silver Membership is $66.92/week, conveniently billed via direct debit.
