Yes, your skin will feel slightly sunburnt for a few hours after skin needling and may be red and tight for 24-36 hours post treatment. No exfoliation or active ingredients can be applied for 72 hours. To prepare for skin needling, your Dermal Therapist will talk you through treatment and skincare preparation. 3 days before your appointment you will need to avoid retinol, exfoliation, and direct sun exposure.

Congratulations! We recommend the sooner the better, book in for a Scan X Skin Assessment so we can make a treatment plan for your treatments leading up to your wedding. Ideally, we would love to have you in for a 6-9 month treatment plan.
