How to book:
Appointments at Bespoke Facial & Body Clinic can be made via our online booking system or app, or via telephone or email. Additionally, we also keep an eye on our social media direct messages for any booking enquires. Due to our booking system, we require a 50% treatment deposit fee to secure all bookings - this can be processed over the phone. If booking an appointment using our online booking system you will automatically be required to pay a 50% deposit fee to secure your booking. If you are using a gift voucher to make a booking, please call the clinic and provide our staff with your gift voucher number. Once you have provided your card/payment details once, they will remain securely attached to your client file and you will not need to provide them again.
For skin consultation appointments, we generally ask that clients arrive without any makeup on - however it is no problem if you do have makeup on, our skin therapists' will gently cleanse your face before your consultation. Treatments can be easily changed if you and your skin therapist decide to do a different treatment that was originally booked, as long as it fits within the available appointment timeframe.
Any cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% treatment fee which will need to be paid before any future appointments are made. If you wish to reschedule an appointment outside of this 48 hour window, please contact the clinic to do so and we will happily organise another time that suits you - you appointment deposit will also remain attached to this new booking.
What to expect:
For your first treatment, we kindly ask that your arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure there is enough time for you to complete the necessary consultation forms in our relaxing Revive Lounge. Additionally, if you have been a regular client, you may be required to complete new consultation forms for new skin treatments that you have not had at our clinic before. Please be aware that some of our more advanced skin treatments including Cosmelan De-Pigmentation and Plasma Pen Fibroblast will require a more extensive treatment consultation.
Following your treatment, if you have shown interest in beginning a new home regime, your skin therapist will go through a treatment and skincare fitness plan and will recommend any products that will assist you in achieving your skin goals.
Follow up appointments:
At the commencement of your treatment, if you wish to make another booking our reception staff can assist you in finding a suitable day and time. Alternatively, you can re-book via the other means of booking as stated above. If you have limited availability, many clients find it easiest to make a booking in the clinic to ensure they re-book with their preferred skin therapist on their preferred day/time. Please be aware that late night appointment times and Saturday bookings are some of our most highly sought after treatment times and may require bookings in advance.
Our skin therapists' will generally recommend 4-6 weeks between your treatments to achieve and maintain your skin goals. This time period may differ depending on client availability, type of treatment, and a variety of other factors. Our qualified skin therapists' are very approachable and will be there to support you at all times throughout your skin journey.
Client parking is available at the back of the clinic in our Bespoke Car Park, along Gregory Street - please see the map below for more information. Alternatively, there is plenty of parking in the nearby side streets. Please be mindful of Brighton Road traffic for busier after-hours appointments to ensure you arrive on time for your treatment.
We attempt to keep our timing and business running smoothly for our clients and skin therapists, so please contact us as soon as possible should you be running late for your appointment. Most treatments can be adjusted accordingly to prioritise our clients.
